I am a fully trained medical herbalist with twenty years of practitioner experience using herbal medicine and naturopathic methods. My role as a medical herbalist is to help you to resolve your underlying health issues. Only then can you improve your health with natural medicine.

You can use the buttons below to make either a medical herbalist online or an in-person appointment. Let me explain the reasons why you might choose to do so.

I most often see people with chronic health issues, These conditions slowly get worse over months or years, with increasing symptoms and loss of function. So, to restore your wellness we must reverse or improve the dysfunction that underlies the condition. My natural medicine tools are a combination of nutritious food and dietary supplement, adequate exercise, restorative sleep, stress management and herbal preparations.

Herbal medicine appointment

There is a lot to talk about. I offer a 90-minute consultation to review your health history and symptoms in addition to a lifestyle and diet analysis. This appointment can be online or in person at my practice. Ninety minutes generally offers plenty of time for you to discuss your health concerns.

Following this, we will discuss your health goals and how we can best meet them. For instance, I might recommend some initial lab testing if I think it is necessary. Then you can start the healing process with the plan we made based on western herbal medicine and naturopathy.

If you have not seen a professional herbalist before I know this approach might seem a bit unusual. I understand if you would like to know more about herbal medicine and natural remedies before booking a full consultation. This is why I offer a free 15-minute chat.

Book this free, no-obligation “Hello call” so that I can explain how my methods can help. We call talk online or by telephone if you prefer.

Medical Herbalism

During the consultation, I will explain how underlying factors may contribute to your current ill-health. After which, I may suggest herbal remedies, nutritional supplements, dietary changes or lifestyle recommendations to improve your health and wellbeing.

Finally, I will provide you with your health plan, which is your roadmap to health. Your program will include the steps necessary to resolve or reduce your current health complaints. As a herbalist, I provide bespoke botanical medicine prescriptions for your individual needs. And I am committed to bringing you back to the best health you can have.

In choosing my recommendations, I take into account current scientific evidence for the use of plant medicines. And, if you are currently taking any prescribed medications your bespoke herbal prescription will take your medication into account.

You may need one or more follow-up appointments so that I can assess your progress. At which point I may change your herb recommendations. For your convenience, follow-up appointments may be conducted in person, by telephone, or online.
